Robert Younger
President

Bob Younger has been a police officer for 12+ years and has been involved with LRVR since 2001.  In the beginning, Younger assisted in fundraising and camp activities and became a volunteer executive director of LRVR in 2005.  Younger has also served on board of Team Fort Collins, a nonprofit group that works at preventing youth from being exposed to drugs and alcohol.  He is a strong believer in the benefit of a youth program that breaks down barriers between young adults and law enforcement.

Stephan Sparacio

Stephan Sparacio has been a police officer for 20 years where he was involved in many community oriented programs such as McGruff The Crime Dog, DARE, Operation Identification, and the Law Enforcement Explorers program. Stephan has two daughters, 18 and 21 and a grandson. He has lived in Fort Collins for the past nine years and has been a part of the Rendezvous since 2006. Stephan is the Rendezvous coordinator for logistics and supplies.

Michelle Younger

A former foster parent and mentor of at risk teenagers for over three years, Michelle relates to kids from both single parent and foster homes.  She has been involved with LRVR for four years, and as the spouse of a police officer, she sees first hand the benefit of encouraging positive interactions between youth and law enforcement.  Michelle's training as a foster parent, past and present mentoring, and experience provide insight, empathy and patience in the camp operation and in the running of the organization.

Sharis Honeycutt

Sharis Honeycutt has spent the last 10 years studying and working in the criminal justice field.  Sharis has worked with kids witnessing domestic abuse and victims or perpetrators of domestic abuse. She joined LRVR in 2008, assisting in fundraising and recruiting campers.

Scott Crumbaker

Scott Crumbaker has been involved with LRVR since 2006 coordinating and handling transportation needs and camp operations.  Scott, a Police Officer with the Fort Collins Police Department, also performed with Westernaires, a nonprofit organization teaching horsemanship to kids for ten years and has been an eight year employee of Faith Bible Chapel church.

Teresa Ablao

Teresa Ablao is currently serving as a Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of Fort Collins, CO and also has a thriving private practice. She has been on the LRVR board of directors for the past two years and a supporter of LRVR since 2005 when her son participated as a camper. Teresa is active in nonprofit organizations including ChildSafe (www.childsafe.org), the Loveland Police Citizen Advisory Board and Juvenile Services Planning Commission. She has also been involved with the Colorado High School Moot Court Competition, Board member of Domestic Abuse Intervention Project, South College Community Association, and ChildSafe, as well as being a member of the 8th Judicial District Nominating Committee. www.ablaolaw.com

Ray Gillan

A Firefighter with Poudre Fire Authority and Professional Clown, Ray provides youth education about fire prevention and safety. Ray has been instrumental in the feeding of all LRVR campers for the past two years as chef at rendezvous as well as reponsible for meal planning and supply purchases.  Previously, Ray served as a board member of St Joseph School, served on Northern Colorado Fire Safety Training Association as well as the Fire and Life Safety Educators of Colorado.

Kevin Delaney

Active in LRVR since 2001 as a horseback wrangler, Kevin worked for 26 years as a fishery biologist, enforcement officer and administrator for Alaska Department of Fish and Game. Kevin has also been a SCUBA diver, pilot, big-game hunting guide and member of the Alaska Mountain Rescue Team.

Michael Martich

Michael Martich is a member of the Colorado National Guard, Joint Counterdrug Task Force and Drug Demand Reduction NCOIC.  Mike's been active in LRVR for 10 years, providing education information on the perils of drug and alcohol use in a peer to peer manner.

Brad McCleod

Contact

Involved in rendezvous for 16 years, Brad started his association with the LRVR as a youth camper and has been instrumental in the running of the white water rafting activity for years.  Brad currently works for a hardwood installation company in Northern Colorado.
